Why you should NOT use Xanga Age Verification
Here is the link to Xanga’s age verification trap
https://register.xanga.com/verify/
Now the real kick in the ass here is that
(a) I already BOUGHT an account with my credit card but
(b) Because they HIRE some unamed and unknown outside firm (undoubtedly with direct affiliation with Homeland Security or some other GOPstapo group) to collect your credit card and thus private bank account information they thus want me to resubmit it to some other firm. Why? Xanga is incapable of knowing what accounts were purchased?
So the real purpose of the aforesaid scam is to enable the GOPstapo to use strong arm tactics on individuals – e.g., if you publish something the GOPstapo doesn’t like, then they get one of their Conservative Judges to freeze your bank acount(s), confiscate your money or even your house by some sort of appeal to pity forfeiture bullshit and thus depriving you of rights protected under the US Const without due process of law and abscond whatever other information they can by means of said private information.
George Bush has violated the due process rights of hundreds if not thousands of people presently imprisoned with no charges against them and no means to challenge said imprisonment. The writ of Habeas Corpus hasn’t been suspended Habeas Corpus has?
You will note also that this age verification scam also employs the only proof of age or identity that is required under the present laws of evidence - your sworn statement or affirmation that you are such and such and are of such and such age under penalty of perjury. THAT has been the standard in the US since this Nation was Constituted as a Republic and even before under the various versions of the English common law as adopted and employed by the various States; but of course the Conservatives thoroughly hating the common law, the US Constitution (always wanting to amend it because they admit banning Gay mariage is unconstitutional, imposing school prayer is unconstitutional, banning abortion is unconstitutional &c) don’t like said rules of evidence as employed by the States either and thus trick you into VOLUNTARILY stomping, spitting, shitting and pissing on the US Constitution and law along with them and ironically they employ concealment, deception and sex as their primary means
There are other problems with this too. Anyone can have a credit card. There is no age limititation on who can have one the same as there isn’t regarding who can hold and use Legal Tender. Parents give their kids credit cards, the same as they give them money; so potentially this said age verification deception aside from denoucing the laws of evidence and Legal Tender promotes REAL immorality in the form of perjury and lies. But hey what’s the crime of perjury compared to concealing evidence that people fuck? Hence another reason for all of this fanatic fundamentalist phobia regarding nudity is simply to redefine morality to allow these same said Conservatives to lie, cheat and commit perjury. Just look at the case of Charles Keating (Google it)
Likewise, there are parents that WANT their kids to be able to see all there is to see so as NOT to becomes GOP Conservative fanatic neurotics themselves — which is yet another reason for censorship (see Brennan dissenting in FCC v Pacifica). So if censorship renders children into erotic adults then at least they won;t be using the word fuck?
And for all of these foreging reasons you should not participate in this age verification scam.
Just because porno sites use it doesn’t mean it’s right or valid law. Obviously some of those folks will do anything for money anyway so why wouldn’t they get in bed with the GOPstapo – of course they do – and/or accept bribes: we already know everyone in DC has been doing that already.

Really, i didn’t know they had diffrent sizes………. i lube it up sometimes.
I guess I don’t mind that people don’t comment…okay so actually I do. It’s nice to know that there actually ARE people there reading…or in my case also viewing the site, you know? Ah well, anyway, thanks for the comment. And that whole age verification thing, well 1. I don’t have a credit card, and 2. I don’t honestly care all that much if I view the “blocked” sites. Xanga has changed so much since I started using it, and not in a good way…
cool post!
