When I click "public preview" this post shows rather than my most recent one and Xanga refuses to address this. Why don't these people just quit fucking around with us already? ADDITIONALLY: Xanga nor any other entity anywhere in the world can lawfully arrest you or even sue you; and no one can arrest or sue them if you or anyone else posts material that is not obscene: because no one can use the State or Federal Government to censor anyone. Period. The government has no such power. What all of this amounts to is this -- Xanga is willing to stomp, piss and Shit on the US Constitution in the expectation of collecting money from Nazi shitheads who can't hack the reality of human nudity and sexuality.
Hence they have entered into a PACT with the Nazis to -- as in my case -- to censor my posts from public view because they believe that I may offend one of these Christian fuckholes whom they now either collect money from or else expect to in the future - Quid Pro Quo -viz., they figure if they show the Nazis that they are willing to stomp piss and shit on the US Constitution (Our Decalaration of Limited Government under Individual Sovereignty) then the Nazi Conservatives will give them money. In point of law NO ONE can in any shape way manner or form compel them to do this because they can't use the State or Federal government to censor someone or violate the US Constitution; and in this case such action would violate the 1st and 14 th Amendents to the US Constitution. Hence the policy action would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
In order to pull this off they'd have to control every Judgeship in every State and Federal Court in the US of A (which they have tried to do but have thus far failed). The really outrageous thing is that Conservatives get into government intentionally commit crimes and civil wrongs just to test the cases in some newly peopled court where more Conservatives have been appointed.
So all of this is Xanga's sole doing because no one has any power whatsoever to compel them to do any of this So Help Me God -- and I'm a Jew

Applying that sort of policy here in context of the devices employed by the Xangites would resolve like this -- let them "rate" your page.
