You see this is why the courts allow the vague and amorphous defence to this sort of thing. So pictures of people posing nude are obscene? You don't know so people go around like this Nazi club here that came up with all of this individual site ratings individual page ratings which are obviously worthless now if you read the new policy as its written. So the whole thing is unfair because there is no way to comprehend what it actually refers to.
Now for a long time people presumed that these private entities are free to censor at will but what defence do they use when they get sued - e.g., in State Court - for violating a person's freedom of political speech or artistic expression without due process of law? Well if they use the law then they will get nailed in Federal Court by a procedural due process violation under the 14th Amendment to the US Const.
In short, there is no lawful basis for private censorship. If they tell you there is then they're either stupid or simply don't mind acting as the foot soldiers of the Conservative Party who incidentally have no Juice without government to begin with.
