This entry is mostly concerned with censorship and the fraud of Conservatives under color of laissez faire economic philosophy. So to get these ancillary issues out of the way and get to the Deep Issue

(1) SL has nothing whatever to do with college, it's a thinly veiled war game where people have gangs and attack other people.

(2) Aside from the aforesaid misleading nature of what SL actually is, there is this incredibly false statement presented by the originator - "Welcome to Playdom - where players rule".

If players ruled there would be no code of conduct (quoted below). These innumerable prohibitions imposed upon players are primarily abridgments of speech but few if any curtailments of conduct such as cyberbullying and other forms of psychological torment and violence - e.g., you can gang up on people that are Jews, Gay, Black whatever and even threaten to take action against people that refuse to cooperate with you just as long as you keep your mouth shut or just as long as Playdom deals with these issues in a biased manner.

What it amounts to is that psychological violence is commendable, it's the purpose of the game !! just make sure you don't do anything like "advocate the use of illegal drugs" or discuss anything that someone finds "sexually prevocative". So political speech is curtailed. NORML members are potentially banned or will be if they say anything about their organization, the legalization of marijuana or presumably show one of their T-Shirts or tradmarks.

These prohibitions are generally vague - e.g., "vulgar content"? In fact, these prohibitions are so broad and amorphous they practically amount to an all out ban of speech, altogether. So the Conservatives are likely to point out that - the internet cyber space leased to Playdom - is private property and therefore they may ban whatever they want - like you can exclude Jews from your house or anyone else for whatever reason but if you get the cops to help you then the State insinuates itself and you have a potential Federal Civil Rights action .

But the only real reason My Space and Playdom choose to abridge speech and expression is because they're fascists and hate Free Speech and Expression because it threatens their Conservative way of life. Of course it does, since their Conservative way of life is utter Bullshit, the only way it can continue is if they force it on everyone and that is what Fascism is. So one of the questions here is how far can these perople go in terms of psychological intimidation in order to say that you "voluntarily" accede to their despotic acts? So a Conservatives jurist might say O come on tommy, where's the meat, we need hard cold material evidence, a severed head, a severed arm, your wife's balls ... something we can go on, something we can sink our teeth into.

Generally speaking it is you and only you that make this form of censorship possible because you go along with it, or like the severely repressed Hetyerosexual Housewives that comprise the greatest part of the SL population, they use it or allow it to be used in a hypocritical fashion - viz., they use the same language use nudity and sexually provocative pix, but if they get caught they win because that's what they want banned.

The other side of this is prostitution, I see My Space and Playdom as big Momma whore and littlel sissy whore - they're primarily in it for the money. If Pat Robertson gives them a billion dollars then My Space becomes the 700 Club (which is probably what happened already anyway).

So it is the Adolf Hitler Conservative paradigm and their stupidity which continues to run and control your private life - I mean how can we be talking about your public life - if my space and playdom are private? These restraints, curtailments, deprivations of speech and expression are in point of law involuntary servitudes placed upon you. But don't worry the Conservatives are already at work rewriting the law of servitudes - from the bench. In England or even in terms of Justinian, if the sovereign power says your building can only be so high then to Justinian that is a servitude, to the British Gentry (feudalist) it is an incorporeal hereditament upon your property - both being the same identical thing under a different name; but here the Conservatives will now argue that servitude can only involve labor and that the force which distinguishes between volunary and involuntary labor may only be physical. Up until the Conservatives had the votes on the US S Ct, that factor also embraced psychological factors. But what all of these Conservative innovations in Judge law point to is the re-creation of a Nazi fascist dictatorship by the so called Conservatives who are in fact Nazis.

So alas all of this goes to the very heart of an issue Al Gore raised some time ago as to whether the internet ought to be provided for by government. Had it done so the internet would have been a public forum or at least a designated public forum and all of this censorship bosh would have been subject to civil action. Paradoxically, who would prosecute individuals (corporate or otherwise) if My Space and Playdom allow free speech and expression? Not the Federal Government or the States, since they are subject to the 1st Amendment under incorporation of the 5th and 14th.

As it stands My Space, Playdom and a myriad of others are unwilling to do so because they'd have to hire a lawyer - and that costs the precious most devine of all commodities and substances known to Americans - i.e., money. So it's easier for them to go along with Nazi fascism as long as someone is paying them. But if that pay mix changes and My Space and/or Playdom find that their pro ensorship pro violence and cyberbullying policies is costing them money and that the alternative in just respecting humanity unadorned with the controls of the fascists proves more profitable, then they'll drop these obsolete policies like a ton of bricks, just like a bitch will abandon her master for a nice juicy steak.

So on the one hand you can look at it like some of these new breed Democratics like NYS AG Andrew Cuomo might do and say - well Carol Playdom is a genius she provided sanctuary for Sarah Palin supporters to metaphorically kick the shit out of each other while collecting money for it - vertiably leading them into the corral of SL as a form of self depredation, elegantly closing the gate and brushing her hands

But the truth is most of the people on SL go along with censorship and psychological cyberbullying or else cooprate in some manner with the cyber fascists in order to avoid the threatened psychological torment upon themselves by these metaphorical jack boot players.

So in essence it is a traning and brainwashing ground for some sort of bizarre Sarah Palin for President in 2012 campaign

I know Cheers and Hotties is not like this and I don;t play Mobsters or war whatever since the purpose there is at least free of concealment; and you might think well these women aren't of considerable number, but watch out the Potato Peeler Wielding Wackos are boring their way in !! as they have succeeding in doing with My Space, hiring a hacker to destroy my Love Shack account and presently doing the same with this one
