To Ebola I haven’t misunderstood anything, you folks don’t understand what freedom of speech and expression is. Additionally, I do not support nor advocate all forms of pornography either in fact most of it sucks, hence I have no ‘vested interest’ in taking part in Jimmy Cracker voluntary self restraint. The whole FCC v Pacifica approach to banning protected speech under all of this save the child horseshit is just that. I heard the word fuck for the first time playing football and had no idea what it meant but I liked the inflection, the expression conveyed. I didn’t see or hear it in a book, on TV, on the internet or in GHone with the Wind. I heard it playing football with the Chief of Police’s son. So the idea that banning a word somehow saves the children has no basis in law or fact it’s merely a form of Fascism – viz., we hold the fasces what we say goes. Read the Pacifica case. 5 right wing radical subversives – i.e., Conservatives, Legislating from the Bench (what they claim Liberals do). They took a criminal statute “interpreted it” in a manner contrary to the strict construction doctrine and conferred a power upon an administratoive agency that exists no where in the US Constitution and FOR THE FIRST TIME in the mid 1970s. Did you kow that? And you know what? The only reason it continues IS because folks like you DON’T know that and knuckle under to such Nazi Fascist horseshit. I don’t support your bosh whether Jiommy Cracker Sam Nunn George Wallace or whoever does or doesn’t. I don’t support the troops I don’t support family values I don’t support the Richrad M. Conservatives don’t care about the law all they care about is their own common interests hence ”the power of the many over the few everyone abide by majority rule (He Haw He Haw)” — that’s right — The Conservatives are really nothing more than the KKK Southern Democratic Jumping Jac Asses that took over what was left of the Republican Party the party. The real party of “tax and spend” -viz., Earl Warren Big Government. Who could out tax and out spend Earl Warren as the Governor of California or Nelson Argentina Rockefeller as Governor of New York. Incidentally Ronnie RayGun didn;t do such a bad job of it either. And do you remember RayGun essentially saying “we are the change”? Sure every Mc is ex=istence voted for the Gipper.

But it was actually Nixon that got the ball rolling during the time of Eisenhower. You can of course trace it back to Warren Harding who joined the KKK in a Public ceremony on the Capitol Steps — used to be a picture on line might still be there. But look up Hamilton Fish while you’re at it the avowed Nazi Republican and best friends with Ronald RayGun who was also a member of the World Anti-Communist League founded by Adolf Hitler and headquartered in Taiwan while Cheng Kai Shek was still alive (This is where Stalin believed Hitler was taken to after they invaded Berlin you can rad about that in John Schlesinger’s “The Dynamics of World Power” if that hasn’t been banned yet as well). So the modern Republican affinity probably beginning with Horace Greeley and his destruction fothe Radical Republicans (the folks that broght us amonst other things the 14th Amendment 42 US 1983 &c) was always more aligned with the ideas of Adolf Hilter than Thomas Jefferson and his crew of slavemongers from the South (“Gold Coast Slaveship bound to NewOrleans …scared old slaver know he’s doin’ alright whipping the women just around midnight …” Jagger/Richard).

By the time George Wallace was running for President, Nixon realized that the only hope for the Republican Party was to adopt “the big tent” approach of the KKK Southern Democratics and thus started all of this drunken addlepate boner for family values school prayer bosh. Beer in one hand, child in the other with a NRA patch on your Woolrich and a pointee head under the cap that says Catepillar.

Everyone ought to buy a DVD copy of “Imagine” it’s all there with the KKK which people nowadays forget. It’s kind of like the Mafia, supposedly they were everywhere right? Where are they now? It was a myth created by the Republican Party to assume what was said to be their (the Mafia) territory.

But the KKK was real and now they’re in government they’re the GOP. Trent Lott serving as a perfect example. The GOP are nazi Fascists as well as the Dixicratics and that’s where all of this voluntary self restraint comes from. It has absolutely nothing to do with the law but once it gets snowballing people believe “‘welp ah guess that must be the way it is; ‘taint nuthing you kin do about it, welp plenty a work here best get back”

And THAT is the only means by which the Conservatives have any power at all. You tell them “no” and they shrivel up like a penis on Meth.

The similar sort of thing may be traced back to the GOP through Hitler’s Nazi Fascism too. It was Adolf Hitler who saved and actually established the present day Conservative Party along with the Al Smith Irish crew that Joe Kennedy got sucked into – Hey they were against London, bombed the bloody place so they must be alright. But I can show you a speech on line where Hitler explains all of this and states that the Conservative Party is their last hope and has to be the vehicle of the Nazi Party.

So all of what I’m saying is there in recorded history. Censored and obfuscated of course until it seems ‘not so bad’ from everyone having learned to live with censorship, self repression &c, &c.

What you’re doing has no basis in the law or reason and what everyone is doing in this regard is (a) being ignorant of the law (b) being too lazy to find out what the law actually is and (c) knuckling under to Holier than Thou KKK Southern Dixiecratic horseshit – ‘well now don’t you think …’. Yeah I think they ought to be allowed to ceceed (or however the hell you spell it) that they should have been allowed in the first place and sent off with a co cola bottle up their ass

The whole thing is quite simple. If speech or expression is protected then it cannot be restricted with disclaimers or other forms of obfuscation nor anything which alters the intended expression of the author &c (see Cohen v California – my space blogged).

Now if you do read my blogs you will clearly see that a point was reached in around 1970 or so where the Conservatives were in a panic twirling around said co cola bottles, like, OMG we lost!! There’s nothing we can do!!! Freedom of Expression has prevailed. We can’t ban books, films, comedians oh dear god (rolling around in the streets with imaginary numbers emblazoned across their foreheads), Well here cums the brand spanking new KKKonservatives with Jimmy Cracker at the helm along with Nixon’s Conservative appointments to the Court.

Judicial activism? Legislating from the bench? NO ONE will ever come close to Warren Burger’s record – talk about full blow Nazi whores — and seldom reported or commented on. But read his obscenity decisions.

So all there is right now are (a) obscenity statutes that continue to be struck down as unconstitutinal and (b) the Legislation from the bench in the Pacifica case. You HAVE to read and understand that case if you want to truly understand what you’re doing wrong. But you ought to at least get my gist from what I’ve written here so far.

Now as far as the porno industry goes, if content is so tasteless that kids ought not see it then why should adults? And THAT is how you will be defeated. Indecency as used in the statute the FCC relies on is encompased in a definition of obscenity which is unconstitutional and thus that statute ought to have been struck down. This will be more difficult to do now because people have voluntarily acceded to it and have had their brain softened with all of this beer in one hand baby in the other KKK white Southern sentmentalist bosh.
