But I’m SO disappointed that Bixby Girl’s website froze my Browser. I wanted to answer her question about nude sunbathing — whether it was okay to be nude in your own backyard; should it be, whatever?
So I’ll answer it here … yes it should be alright but most jurisdictions I presume would claim it is a nuisance – viz., the use of your own private property to walk around bareass on your own private property seriously and substantially interferes with an adjoining neighbors enjoyment of life and property.
You see what happened is that judicial activists legislating from the bench – i.e., Nazi Conservatives – decided that they don’t want to use nuisance law to protect people’s private property rights – e.g., walking around bareass in your yard — they want to use it to censor protected speech from daytime radio broadcasts, which is what they did in the plurality decision of FCC v Pacifica
Everyone has esssentially the same equipment under their clothes and Conservatives don’t force people to cover the genitals of their animals (yet) so what’s the big deal? There isn’t any; but if some Conservative fundamentalist wants to make trouble for you they will call the Police and the Police probably will arrest you either for giving young Billy a hard on or for allowing ‘my little girl’ to see a man’s penis.
What this is all about is clearly beyond me it’s just THEIR way of life and the power of the many over the few everyone abide by majority rule. So they pass some public nudity law and then the matter is left up to GOP/Dixiecratic Conservative court appointees to decide whether your private property is public or in the public view
You can of course get busted as such and move for a declaration that the statute or local law is unconstitutional – viz., it’s unrelated to the general welfare and is a deprivation of your Liberty interest and substantive due process rights.

Like nudity here. How does this injure in fact, children under a certain age and not ones over a certain age? It’s impossible. So there is no real basis in constitutional law to ban plain ordinary nudity. How can marble statues appear in public but not people? That’s absurd, there is no real distinction.

The reason I was asking you about internet radio was because I am planning on getting into that myself…maybe in a year or less. To me it seems that the FCC and others like them won’t be able to get their greasy meat hooks on it and censor what I’d say…or could they?

Well Doc as of now the FCC does not have the authority from Congress to “regulate and control” the internet only the Public Airwaves.
Hence HBO &c are still allowed to air Constitutionally protected speech & c at any time of the day or night. If you got around to reading the Pacifica case you then you immediately understood that the pretence of child porn which is at the heart of that decision will eventually result in the complete and utter destruction of free speach and most aspects of Liberty by rendering it all persons the subjects of majority rule (which nost bevlieve is either good or the way it already it) and thus under the rubber stamp of Nazi KKK Judges — here they call them “Conservatives” you know guys like Hamilton Fish, Charles Lindbergh (splng) George Wallace. Strom Thurmonad is finally dead, but yeah you get the picture.
The thing with internet radio is millions and millions of ‘stations’ and no real way to advertise or diferentiate. With radio you search the dial for a sound OR receive a bona fide station via an internet feed.
The college station I broadcast from was streamed worldwide and used to be Free Format like Pacifica but was overthrown by this little shit named Richie Bellin and his gaggle of littlel fuck holes and everyone immediately caved into them because they’re cowardly lazy schmucks too willess and weak to study or comprehend the law and like Richie under Consrrvative rule don’t realize that emotional distress robs them of their ability to enjoy breathing air, the smell of it the feel of it because Nazi KKK using Anton Svendor LeVay style Black Magic (think about when that became popular — when Jimmy Cracker was running for President) and exploiting these weaklings own stupidity, intimidate them, just like the people here running Xanga because:

It’s like they just received communion or whatever.
So they the Nazi KKK schmucks know the public airwaves are the means by which the greatest number are able to receive information FOR FREE — everything is for sale in the US of A, — if you can afford it — you can get anything you want. Censorship is an equal protection violation against the arbitrary class of poor people – viz., the ones that can’t afford Sirius or wherever Howard ran away to. Why should they be so deprived? It is the ultimate perversion of the very purpose OF the public air waves. They are fascist. Since the Conservative ‘revolution’ is based on mob rule — e.g,, Mussolini’s “Million Man March on Milan” sound familiar? The poor people get the shit you hear and see now and well quite frankly you see how they vote and ‘think’ — if we dare call it that.
