I do hereby affirm under penalty of perjury that a true and authentic

copy of the WHRW policy statement signed by Mike Saltzman

which I refused to sign or in any manner agree to appears here:

Proving beyond any reasonable doubt that the foregoing policy,

policy statement and policy action(s) are in violtion of US law

Following our last discussion I thought it best that I clarify your current status with WHRW.  At this time you are no longer an apprentice at the station nor are you considered a station member.  Therefore, I am informing David Hagerbaumer, Director of Campus Life that you are to be removed from the WHRW volunteer list here at the university.

It is my assumption that since you are no longer affiliated with WHRW that there should be no reason for you to come to the station.  Therefore, please avoid coming to our studios in the future should you be on campus for other non-WHRW reasons.  I do not want this situation to escalate to the point where I need to ask University Police to intervene.

If you have any questions about your status or access to WHRW, pleas feel free to call me or Mr. Hagerbaumer (777-2811).
