Just don;t say it at 4am over the air from a State University broadcasting facility because there is no arguable basis in law or fact to say that “shit” is protected speech and that exclusion from a designated public forum on that ground is illegal even though under NYS law it is and even though “fuck” devoid of context is protected speech inside the safe harbor zone = cover up – no one in any media publication will report any aspect of this. Thank you – clearly you and one other person on another site are the only ones that even dared say anything.
