Ironically, while awakening an hour ago thinking about the Nazi 2d Circuit aiding and assisting Andrew Cuomo into defeating our Negro Governor Patterson by claiming my appeal has no arguable basis in law or fact. But in terms of the Federal side of town (Binghamton NY) NDNY Presiding Judge Mordue whose claim to fame was relief in the form of a Writ of Prohibition against him for chastising a ‘lying Negro’ for refusing to rat out someone by what Mordue felt was the Nigra man altering his testimony in court commensurate with his deposition: is so Liberal in comparison to these others that they had to team him up with former Magistrate Judge Gary Sharp whom was apparently promoted to assigned Judge status for his creation of a new definition for a designated public forum which allows school boards to tell people to dummy up and if they don’t obey immediately then they may be dragged from the premises, Gary belives this is due process just like McAvoy believes that my removal from WHRW FM radio by campus security during a live broadcast was due process and private action but getting back to Westerm Symptomatic medicine
Patterson’s apparent evil is knowing Eliot Spitzer who was involved in some sort of sordid scandel involving some hottsie totsie – apparent Gold Digger – aside from McCain supporters about all there is on My Space whose population now rivals that of the US of A. I don’t know much about Iran but as far as I know their problem is the same as Judaism – which is Patriarchy.
