Zoning and Planning was and is an inherently good idea because it separates factories, train yards &c., away from residential districts; and to this extent was ‘more perfect’ than it was in terms of the residential neighborhood, which regrettably evolved into  barrack shelter communities where labor widgets could lay our pallets  on the floor to prepare for our daily human self sacrifice to the Business Barons occupying the highest rung of the ruling hierarchy: so here was the altar to the God of manufacturing – the factory – and here was the labor barracks … glorified shotgun slave shacks. So today we have such housing projects where there is nothing but residential properties where once there had been an admixture of such necessities as the neighborhood stores, barber shops, hardware, bars, restaurants &c which Comstockery moved into the commercial districts under the pretence of zoning and pseudo morality; and thus this form of non centrally planned economy gave rise to the foodliner and then the shopping Mall or super stores. This was viewed as progress and the owners of these new foodliners and super stores prospered and demanded their representatives protect them. So any negative impact on the residential living of cog widgets was utterly ignored as if to say be grateful that the Holy and most Sacred Alter to the God of manufacturing allows you subsistence – because in fact any of the normal means for obtaining such things, are now annihilated forever – which is what they want to do to all of the rest of the planet and expect everyone to just lay down and obey.

I am glad at least that when i was young I could stay with my grandfather where i could walk to fishing  catch fish that you could actually eat, stop by a Spring and actually drink the water without contracting another new economic miracle – cancer; I could pick wild berries, shoot rabbits, deer, even shit in the woods !! But this natural environment was also destroyed forever by societies failure to appreciate the fact that breeding was/is no longer needed. Business was now importing immigrants for their use as cheap labor for if there is anything that can be said to be strictly American it is the Baron capitalists’ national labor policy which is to get the most productivity possible for as little expenditure in wages as possible and thus in America, labor as a commodity, is an essential and most sacred tenet of the National capitalist religion.

None of this was necessary and all of it could have been avoided, but face it, Americans are pigs.

Most of my foregoing points have been conceded by all elements of the Nazis. Lebensraum, drang nacht osten, we need living space was and is the basis of Colonel Haushofer’s Geopoliticks which is now the foundation of US foreign policy.

The only distinction is that American fascism, under the auspices of the United Nation,s forbids the German Nazi modus operandi of “territorial aggrandizement” and merely goes for the resources, primarily slave labor which they insist on defining as something else. I mean picture Moslem people in the Middle East. Do these people look like they want to shave get a haircut and pump Exxon in a nice little uniform? Or maybe work at McDonald’s, Burger King, drive a truck for Coca Cola. But little has changed in American foreign policy since Woodrow Wilson intervened in Central America to make sure that the people voted for the right candidate – his; and ever since that time the US sets up Nazi dictators and under the auspices of the IMF and World Bank straps the nation with debt and imposes monetary restraints in exchange for loans rendering the debt and servitude of the nation to the US. In effect these nations become US Nazi satellites facilitating colonial Lebensraum

And on the other hand just imagine your little community. People keep fucking, popping out babies the maze of Celotex is creeping up the Valley walls: bears, dear, rabbits and owls turn up in your yards because they have no where else to live … where are your necessities of life going to come from? You have made a collective decision to sacrifice away the resources which once allowed you to be self sufficient in order to use the space for babies and more houses for their babies. And what solution does the agency of business (government) provide for you – jobs – vote for us and we will create jobs. When in fact the Republican Party forbids the government from creating jobs and only allows the government to grant tax amnesty to businesses so that their CEOs can make 10s of millions of dollars a year and meet the wage demands of the anti communist labor union.

And what are these jobs that the most holy and sacred of all things in America going to be? Jobs to do what? Drill for cooking and heating fuel sideways under your house and then resell it to you? Maybe everyone can run an extension cord to and from everyone’s house and you can have community electricity to run your air conditioner and big screen tv !! What has happened is that vital resources have become stripped from government designed communities and then concentrated and centralized by business rather than government. About the only thing the Republican Party allows government to do is plow the roads, supply water, maintain a standing army of Police to quash any revolt against their tyranny and Nationally to further subsidize business with Social Security and make war to acquire living space for business. Here is a power plant from whence your energy is supplied, privately owned, private property. Here is a distribution center from whence your daily bread is supplied – from general warehouses located in various regions of the nation. Go anywhere in the US and you will see the very same National Brands in the various food-liners. Your daily bread is like the interstate highways. So if nothing more is allowed to be done than what private business can make a profit from and as long as you vote Republican whose sole purpose is to abolish business taxes, repress and control you and prevent the government from doing whatever the private sector refuses to do because it’s not profitable, then the only solution is “growth”, which is all that the Republicans ever promise you – viz., More daily bread distribution centers, more trucks to deliver it to more food-liners, more air conditioners, more big screen TVs cars, off shore oil disasters. Until a maze of white Celotex covers every available space and the only sounds that are heard are gas engines crying babies, rap music blasting through car sub-woofers while  your shit blasts off into out space and Congress enjoys food and ambiance we might have enjoyed over 100 years ago. To them it’s “problem? what problem”?

They do for the private sector and the private sector keeps them comfortable – the Burger/Rehnquist non justiciable symbiotic relationship. Clem fire it up in your back yard nuclear reactor  because God forbid that you might ever have a windmill.

In order for the Democratics to have come into control of the government they had to enter into indentured servitude to private business. So the New Deal, at most, had to coddle the businessmen of America, the most scared and Holy of all entities. And what they had to do was find some way to guarantee perpetual profit to business and thus make government’s sole purpose an engine to maintain forever rising price floors for all things imaginable and because the Republicans only allow growth as the sole means for doing this then America’s moral imperative was to ensure that every imaginable thing had a price associated with it, everything must be for sale, even air and water. The solution Franklin Roosevelt and his coalition government came up with after the Republican Party controlled Courts enjoined him from doing anything else was to end the Great Depression by guaranteeing perpetually rising price floors for every imaginable thing that was sold.

War became the band aid – because it’s the only form of capital spending your Republicans allow the government to do.

The reason this was done is because the United States was becoming a debtor nation. Believe it or not, with all of the vast resources this land had, was squandered away by the white man and in less than 100 years the US collectively began to import more than it could produce for exportation – because someone else was making and selling things the clueless American businessmen couldn’t turn a profit on “ask not what your country can do for you but what you do for your country”. Ha. The Republicans took care of that guy and business blamed everything else on the damn Yankees for taking away their slaves or communists for limiting the work week and putting a price floor on labor  (the minimum wage and the Republicans are agin’ it). And all of this finally leads us back to money, what the hell is it anyway? Humphrey Bogart has a few bills he’s about to draw from his wallet and stops for a moment to ponder the same thing.

Money is a unit of value that serves as a place marker for something that is needed but isn’t readily available – e.g., now look here I need these tress to sell to a firm in England that makes clipper ships, I can’t supply you with the necessities on your list but I can give you this (money) and you can take it to acquire  your  necessities with it from someone else – ok let’s do business. So money is required in order to do business and why we always hear from the Democratic-republicans – capital must be made available to create jobs. The problem with that is that money isn’t actually capital but is a means to acquire it – i.e., plant, equipment, natural resources and labor.

So that when the US started out – the dollar – as shown under Article 1 sec. 8 of the US Const, is a unit of fixed value – e.g., one ounce of coined gold = $28.00. And the amount of it was fixed by two means (1) how much was delivered to the mint to be coined and (2) how much had to be held as a reserve of the National Bank from whence Public Credit – i.e., loans issued. So that if business activity and/or growth picked up only two things could happen (a) everything would become cheaper because people needed these things and business had to use the proceeds to pay their bills too or (b) someone would have to find gold, deliver it to the mint, have it coined and deposit it in order to augment the National Bank reserve which was classically 25%. Which means that the Bank could legally lend 3 times more money than was actually in existence.

So essentially this is what happened in America. Because of the disorganized willy nilly businessmen looking for profit first rather than functionality and service to his fellow citizen, the demands for borrowing increased as did the demand for money. In England for example Gold was augmented by silver as a means to increase reserves thus maintaining the value of the “Pound Sterling” and thus Hamilton prescribed the bi-metallic standard from the get go – to the adamant opposition of the Republican Party.

So the Great Depression resulted from a shortage of money by an over excess of borrowing and lending – i.e., profiteers could not cover their bets and pay their debts and as a result prices fell making profit more difficult and because more and more necessities were being supplied to people by private industry these necessities ceased to be made available because there was no profit in it and it would thus necessitate further debt and no money was available to manage that debt even if businesses were willing to take it on.

That is an absurd way of providing for the General Welfare 

Consequently, the dollar was devalued, the US went on a bullion standard until Richard Nixon abolished it and reserve rates were continually lowered to now they’re at 3 % or for all I know less than zero; and thus money itself became a commodity – “the commodity dollar”. It’s sole value is determined by peoples’ willingness to accept it and the governments’ willingness to back it up – i.e, massive bailouts of business. So if you like that system keep voting Republican because that’s all you’ll ever get and if you don’t like it then Don’t vote Republican and demand that the Democratics do something about it instead of patting themselves on the back for Franklin Roosevelt.

Inevitably however, the only solution is communism and if the choice is going to be communism then it’s going to be Our communism. All of these things have to be centrally planned but in accordance with our law; and now at this time of transition from the dinosaur industries championed by the Republican Party to the Green industries urged by the Democratic Party is the perfect time because this way none of the obsolescent dinosaur waste  industries have to be nationalized but may  eventually be replaced with government services and government jobs.

If you continue fucking having babies and wanting to live this present fast food shopping mall life style it’s your only real choice anyway.
